skill points and Simoleons. Heidi Shadows sells cheats in the form of
Smoothies. To find her, you must first link up to someone else to unlock the
weird planet location. At the telephone booth in SimQuarter next to the Flea
Market, go to the planet place. Directly up at the top of the map on this
planet are some stairs. Use them the to go up to the door. You will have a
quick glance of a person (resembling like a ninja holding a flag). This is
Heidi Shadows. To buy cheats, you must go here starting at 10:00 a.m. Heidi
Shadows will disappear, then reappear.

Running law: When Boo leads you back to Minioloplis, there is a running law.
Run anyway to get in jail to get your mission. Talk to Gordie Puck at
Minioloplis University. Increase your popularity to 40. To get the map, go
on Olde Salty's Boat to the top. Give the map to Gordie Puck. Talk to
Detective Dan D. Mann and feel free to run.

Storage areas: The following places are unlocked by reaching the maximum
relationship with the following people.
Old broken down school bus
near the thrift shop: 100% relationship with Giuseppi Mezzoalto.
Lost cave in Sim quarter:
100% relationship with Ewan Watahmee.
Garbage can near the entrance
to Club Xizzle in Glasstown : 100% relationship with Phoebe Twiddle.
Projection booth (door behind
the snack counter of the cinema in Glasstown): 100% relationship with
Theresa Bullhorn.
Hole behind the poster in the
jail: 100% relationship with Detective Dan De Mann.
Hint:
Accessing Moon Base Zeta: Purchase a green meteorite off the Internet shopping. Then, with
the meteorite still in you pocket, go to Sim Quarter and use the telephone
booth. The moon base, where you can buy the Rocket Bed and Cheese Modulator,
is now open. Note: Complete the first group of missions before attempting to
open Moonbase Zeta. If it is still not accessible, then complete the secret
missions and try again. Also, if it says "Phone home" when you use
it, that means it worked and you can use it.
To get to the moon base, buy a
meteorite from the Internet. Keep it in your pocket and go to the red
telephone booth in SimQuarter. Go inside, and select "Home". This
will take you to the moon base.
Link the game to a friend.
Then, go to the phone booth in Sim Quarter. You should now be able to go to
Moon Base Zeta. If it says "Phone Home", it means you can go to
Moon Base Zeta.
Hint:
Curing Boo: The cure for vampirism is the Chocolate Decadence recipe (2
Chocolate + 1 Flour). Feed this to Boo to cure him of being a vampire.
Hint:
Lowest bills: Once you have gotten your bills down 40%, you can get them down
even lower. If you get a roommate your bills will go down by half.
Hint:
Easy money: To earn some extra money go to the Chop Shop and sell some of
your Hogg's parts.
Buy an easel, then frame a
painting and sell it to the thrift store. The paintings range from 25 to 300
Simoleons.
Hint:
Easy Popularity gain: Unlock the garbage can location from Pheobe Twiddle and put basic
furnishings in it (bed, shower, fridge, etc.). Then, go into Club Xizzle
next to it and talk to the people inside until you raise your Popularity.
Make trips back to the garbage can to refill your needs.
Hint:
Free items: Invite someone over (someone who is your friend or of you Rep
Group recommended). If they like your place a lot they will give you a
"housewarming gift". If they do not, get their relationship to 90
to 100, leave the room (they will be gone), go back, and invite them again.

Trash piles: Pick up and save all the trash piles you find before they are
gone. They will disappear after awhile. You will need them later, for the
Artsies Rep Mission.

Telephone calls: Always pick up your telephone when it rings. It might be a prank
call or wrong number, but sometimes you can win things.

Map to Paradise Island: The map to Paradise Island is located in the very top room of the
boat near the steering wheel. The boat is at the dock that is at the bottom
of the stairs in the ground of Glasstown.
The map to Paradise Island is
found at the top-most level of the casino-boat. Once you pick it up, leave
the room. Return later, and it will be there again. It will always be there
whenever you go back to that room. It is recommended that you not pick it
up; there is no way to get rid of it after you have given one copy to Gordie
Puck (in the university). It will be once less space in your pocket to carry
something else.

Splicer Island plans: When in Urbania, go to the dumpster near the university and large
brownstone. Look at it and press A.
Hint:
Getting to Splicer Island: First, you need to uncover the details of Splicer Island by
giving Monkey (the hobo in the park) some food. Next, you must the
Simquarter open by completing mission set 2. Talk to Sharona Faster at the
docks and she will tell you about a water taxi service that she has. Do what
she says and a boat will appear. Go on it to get to Splicer Island.
Hint:
Get chopper to Splicer Island: Get the chopper by completing the "Daddy Bigbucks And The
Xizzle Factory" mission. Take it out to the docks where the boat to
Splicer Island is located. Ride close enough to the boat so that you see the
yellow arrow hanging over the boat. Press A, and you are free to roam
around Splicer Island on your chopper.

Safe: Detective Dan D Man will give you a safe if you invite him to
your house.
Hint:
Change self-drawn picture colors: Stand next to a self-drawn picture (talk to the painter in
Simquarter) so that the yellow arrow is over it. Press R, and it will
invert the colors.

Rep missions: You need to have 100% relationships with the following people to
get rep missions unlocked. Note: Make sure to collect piles of trash while
they are still around. This is one of the requirements in the Artsies
missions. They will disappear after awhile; act fast and do not recycle them
until after unlocking the Artsies missions.
Hint:
Richies: The Richies are incredibly rich, and more often than not,
arrogant. Some bask in the glitz and glamour of life, while others in this
group remain spoilt and discontent. Be prepared for a huge hole in your
wallet if you want to gain a lot of rep points for this group. To get into
the Richies at the beginning of the game, choose "Bright Lights, Big
Wallets" for the first question. The group is made up of:
Luthor L. Bigbucks (leader):
Spoilt, unsatisfied son of Daddy Bigbucks. Very unapproving of his
father's plans. He can be found outside the musuem in SimQuarter most of
the time.
Lily Gates: Busy attorney of
Daddy Bigbucks who loves making lots of money. She can be found in King's
Tower level 1, 2 and the wharves at SimQuarter most of the time.
Lottie Cash: Spoilt and
pretty much ignorant, she definitely knows how to enjoy life to the
fullest by indulging in her riches. She can be found at the top-most
street in Urbania most of the time.
Misty Waters: Ex-life guard,
now a gym trainer who still misses her old job. She can be found at
Waters' Gym in King's Tower most of the time.
Rival gang: Streeties
Hint:
Streeties: These people are mostly down-to-earth, frank and highly contented
with their lives. They are pretty much average, and gather around Urbania
the most. They are at odds with the Richies because of contrasting ways of
living. Choose "King of Miniopolis" for the first question if you
want to get into the Streeties at the beginning of the game. The group
consists of:
Darius (leader): He is cool,
strangely materialistic, loves the neighborhood a lot and simply chillin'.
He can be found loitering Urbania and around the market most of the time.
Crystal: Trendy girl who
seeks to have the hippest fashion sense and greatest fun around. She can
be found walking around Urbania most of the time, and sometimes at the
pizza bar and Megastore.
Ewan Watahmee: A worker in
the garage, he loves his job and is passionate about cars. He can be found
in the garage or around Urbania most of the time.
Kris Thistle: Very
street-smart and unmaterialistic, she dreams of getting a better job. She
can be found around King's Tower most of the time.
Rival gang: Richies
Hint:
Nerdies: People in this group belong to the "high-collar"
workforce or are academically outstanding. They are very intellectual and
refined, choosing to spend their time learning something new. Choose
"Computer Daze" for the first question if you want to be in the
Nerdies at the beginning of the game. The group consists of:
Polly Nomial (leader):
Bespectacled geek who spends her time burying herself in books and
studying. She can be found at the University almost all the time.
Lincoln Broadsheet: A
passionate and inquisitive journalist who loves his job lot. He can be
found in the newspaper center, or outside, almost all the time.
Maximillian Moore: A doctor
obsessed with good hygiene. He can be found inside the clinic in Urbania
or on the streets of Urbania most of the time.
Sue Pirnova: She is your
resident inventor who is really into research and discovering new things.
She can be found on the streets of SimQuarter, Urbania and the University
most of the time.
Rival gang: Artsies
Hint:
Artsies: Their members love the arts and are all very talented. Carnivals
and the market are favorite hunts of theirs, and everyone has an artistic
flair for performance arts. Choose "My Guitar Hero" to join the
Artsies at the beginning of the game. The group is made up of:
Roxanna Moxie (leader): She
loves performing at the carnival and the animals she work with, and also
has eccentric tastes for things. She can be found at the carival and
around the market most of the time.
Cannonball Coleman: Loves
music and travels around the city playing his saxophone. He can be found
outside the University or around Urbania usually.
Pritchard Locksley: A
struggling actor who still enjoys relishing his glory days. Now a waiter,
his first love is still acting. He can be found on the streets of
SimQuarter most of the time.
Theresa Bullhorn: She loves
watching movies and is very into films, having directed some. She can be
found outside the cinema and at the market most of the time.

Recipes: In order for a recipe to work, mix the ingredients in a Mixmaster

Invisible stereo: Buy a Skratch N' Spin DJ Starter Pack. Turn it on and leave for
awhile. When you return, the music it plays can still be heard, but the
lights and other features on the stereo cannot be seen.
Glitch:
Disappearing motorcycle: Park by the graffiti garbage can and select "Admire".
Your motorcycle will disappear. You must leave the screen for it to reappear
be under you.
Glitch:
Locket: After you defeat the Red Man in the mission, make sure you have
one inventory space remaining for the locket. Otherwise, you will get the
complete locket but if you play soul music after that he will give you the
second half of the locket again, and you will not be able to get rid of it.
Glitch:
Free repair: When something in your house is broken, call the repair man and
he will begin to repair it. Before he fully repairs your item all the way,
and walk out the door. Go back in, press A, then select
"Repair". When you repair it, it will begin where the repair man
stopped and you will finish the rest of the job, and keep your 100
Simoleons.
