Glitch:
Stand in air: Go next to a big treasure chest and stand in front of it. L-target
in the opposite direction and backflip into the treasure chest. Instead
of landing in the chest, Link will be standing in air. Note: Make sure the
big treasure chest is opened.
Glitch:
Unable to speak to Goron: As Darmani, find the food in one of the chandeliers at Goron
Village. Go to where the Goron with Don Gero's Mask is located and throw the
food to him. Speak to him before the food lands in front of the Goron. You
will notice that there is no message while speaking to the Goron, and you
will not be able to stop that message. Note: This is not recommended, as you
will lose your progress after the last time you saved.
Glitch:
Put more than 5,000 Rupees in West Clock Town Bank: Get 4,999 Rupees in the bank. Then, collect 500 Rupees and
deposit them. You will get 5,499 Rupees in the bank.
Glitch:
Get more than one Mirror Shield: Once you get the Mirror Shield, go through the whole "well
process" again after playing the Song Of Time. When you get there,
light all of the torches in the room then open the chest you created to get
the Mirror Shield once again.
Masks
All-Night
Mask: You need a wallet that holds up to 500 rupees. Stop the thief
(Sakon) on day one at 12:30 a.m. to 12:50 a.m. from robbing the old lady in
North Clock Town. On the final day. the All-Night Mask will appear in the
Curiosity Shop for 500 rupees. Use this mask to stay awake during Anju's
Grandmother's stories.
Instead of stopping the thief
with the sword, shoot him with an arrow. He will explode, but will also
destroy the item he stole, which can no longer be returned to the old lady.
Bomb
Mask: To get the Bomb Mask you have to be Link. Go to North Clock Town
around midnight. You will see a man near where the big tree with the heart
piece is located. Talk to him he will say: that he is not doing anything
suspicious. At exactly midnight in North Clock Town, an old lady carrying
something will appear. The man will steal what the old lady was carrying and
run around North Clock Town. Hit him with the sword. He will drop what he
stole from the old lady and will run out of Clock Town. The lady will pick
up her item. Talk to her and she will give you the Bomb Mask. You can blow
up objects using this mask, just like a bomb, but you will loose one heart
per blast.
Bremen
Mask: Link receives this mask from the strange man in the Laundry Pool
area of Clock Town at night during the first or second days. It is used to
herd chicks in the ranch, which will get you the Bunny Hood.
Bunny
Hood: When wearing this mask, Link runs at an increased rate. You get
it by using the Bremen Mask and herding all the chicks in the chicken coop
at Romani Ranch during the day. Turn each chick into a rooster.
Captain's
Hat: Play the Sonata Of Awakening in front of the skeleton in the
graveyard to wake it up, Then, shoot an arrow at the skeleton to freeze it
momentarily. Strike it with your sword to defeat it, and the fire will
disappear. Open the treasure chest to get the Captains Hat. The hat allows
you to speak to the undead, which is useful when used with the three
skeletons to move a grave.
Circus
Leader's Mask: You must have the Romani, Goron, Deku, and Zora Masks. Speak to
Gorman in the Milk Bar at night, then speak to Toto the Zora in all your
forms to perform all his songs. If you wear the mask during Cremia's
notebook entry there will be no attackers.
Couple's
Mask: Complete Anju's notebook entry by recovering the stolen mask.
Wear this and speak to the Mayor after 10 p.m. for a heart piece.
Don
Gero's Mask: Light all the torches in the Goron Village, then use the Goron
roll to destroy the barrels on the chandelier. Take the chunk of meat to the
shivering Goron in the mountain village. The mask will allow you to speak to
frogs.
Fierce
Deity Mask: Collect all twenty masks in the game to get the very powerful
Fierce Deity Mask from the kid with Majora's Mask on the moon.
He is like Adult Link in Zelda:
Ocarina Of Time but wears armor, has no pupils, and has a sword looks
like a DNA strand almost and is used as a shield. If you Z-target, the sword
will glow and when you slash, little magic shots will hit your opponent.
Fierce Deity can only be used in Boss areas. The magic shots take up about 1
magic power. He cannot use any other items or wear any masks, but he can
jump farther than usual.
Finish the game with the Fierce
Deity Mask to be able to keep the mask for your next game (on the same saved
game file). This mask can be used against the other Bosses.
Collect all of the other masks.
Then, complete the mini-dungeons at the end of the game to get this mask. It
turns Link into Oni Link.
Get all 20 happy masks, then
defeat all the Temples (Woodfall, Snowhead, Great Bay and Stone Tower). When
all guardians return to normal, go back in time. You must fight all of the
Bosses again, however this is made easier since you can go in the portal and
teleport to the Bosses rooms. Do not go back in time now. Go to Clock Town
and enter the clock at midnight on day three. When the battle with skull kid
begins, play the Oath Of Order. The four guardians will appear and stop the
moon from falling. You will then be able to get on the moon. When you get
there, go to the tree to see kids in masks. Do not play with the kid in the
Majora's Mask just yet. Give all your masks to the children in the other
masks, then talk to the kid in the Majora's Mask. He will give you the
Fierce Deity's mask.
Complete all four of the
dungeons (the remains of the dungeon Bosses), collect all twenty of the
regular masks, and the three transformational masks. Enter the Clock Tower
at 12:00 a.m. and go to the top where Skull Kid is located. Play the Oath To
Order song. Four guardians should appear and stop the moon from crushing
Clock Town. Enter the Moon and talk to the kids running around the tree. Do
not talk to the kid wearing Majora's Mask. The kid that has the Odolwa mask
will ask for one mask. Give him any mask, except for a transformational
mask. Use the Deku flowers to find a door. One Deku flower is below a blade
with spikes. When you find it, immediately burrow in the flower. In the end
you will find the child, but you will have to give up another mask to get
out. Then, talk to the child wearing the Goht mask. It will cost two masks
to get in this dungeon. When in the dungeon as Goron Link, use the rolling
attack to hit the chests and bounce off other chests. Try to hit the first
chest right in the middle -- all you have to do is hold A. When you
see green bottles, stop rolling. Go up the ramp, turn left, then roll down
to the child. You will have to pay two masks to get out. Next, talk to the
child with the Gyorg mask, it will cost three masks to get in there. When in
the dungeon, make a left, left, right, and right to get the child. If you
want a Heart Piece, make a right, left, left, and left. Then, pay the three
masks to get out of the dungeon and talk to the kid with the Twinmold mask.
It will cost four masks to get in the dungeon. When you enter the second
room, defeat the Dinofol. Then keep going straight until you fight
Garomaster. When you walk up two more rooms, you will fight an Ironknuckle.
After his defeat, use a Bombchu to blow up a crack near the ceiling. Use
your bow and arrow to hit a switch in the area at was just exposed. Go up
the ladder and blow up the crack in the roof with another Bombchu. Use a
fire arrow to hit the switch. After the that, you will find the child. Pay
your last four masks to get out. Talk to the kid with Majora's Mask and
answer "Yes" to his question. He will notice you do not have any
masks. He will give you the Fierce Deity's mask to make it fair. This is
mask is powerful, and can help you defeat the real Majora's Mask.
Turn on the game and open your
file. You will appear in front of the Clock Tower. Put on the Bunny Mask and
warp several times until you reach the third day. Warp to the Ikana Canyon
and go to Sakon's hideout. On the right hand side of the door is a crack
between it and the wall. Roll repeatedly to get in. These may take several
attempts. If you hear a splash, climb back up and try again. When you get
in, start the race for the Sun Mask. When you gain control of Kafei, pause
game play and switch the Bunny Hood with the Fierce Deity's mask. When you
control Link, he will put on the mask. When you win the Sun's Mask will be
able to be the Fierce Deity. Note: Do not go in any buildings or enter Clock
Town because you will not be able to get out.
Make sure you have all the
masks, then go to the Clock Tower on the third night at midnight. Talk to
all the kids wearing masks, except for Majora's Mask. The kids will ask if
you want to play. Tell them yes. You will need to pay a fee of masks. Note:
When choosing masks to give up, never give them the transforming masks (for
example, the Zora Mask). Once you are out, talk to Majora's Mask. He will
ask if you want to play. When you say yes, he will say "You have no
masks" and give you the Fierce Deity Mask. Defeat Majora and the mask
will be completely yours. When you restart the game all your other masks
will be back.
Garo's
Mask: Ride Epona into the racetrack on Milk Road and win the race to
get this mask. This mask allows you to get into the Canyon area.
Giant's
Mask: Kill the Eyegore in the Inverted Stone Tower. This mask makes
Link big.
Gibdo's
Mask: Leave a bomb outside the door to the Music Box House in Ikana
Canyon after the water wheel starts turning. Do not let Pamela see you and
sneak into the basement. Play the Song of Healing to receive the Gibdo's
Mask.
Goron
Mask: To get the Goron mask you have to be Link. Enter the village in
the snowy mountains and look around. Talk to the owl and it will fly away.
He will shed a couple of feathers, which will land on invisible platforms.
You must jump on the platforms without falling. There is a chest at the end
that contains the Lens Of Truth. Look around with the Lens Of Truth. After a
while you will find someone's ghost. Talk to it. His name is Darmani.
Daramani will lead you to a stream. Put on the Deku Mask to cross the water.
When you cross the water you will reach a wall. Use the Lens Of Truth to
find ladder marks. Climb it to find a cave. Enter the cave. A graveyard is
at the end. Enter the graveyard to find Darmani. Talk to him. When you are
done talking, play the Song Of Healing to get the Goron Mask.
Great
Fairy Mask: You get this mask by returning the second lost fairy to the Great
Fairy. It can attract stray fairies in dungeons.
There is a series of steps to
follow to get the Great Fairy Mask. First, go to North Clock Town and go up
the ramp. Go through the tunnel and talk to all of the stray fairies in the
room. They will tell you to rescue the other stray fairy that is in
distress. Know when it is the day of the first night then go to East Clock
Town, around the Stock Pot Inn. You will see a stray fairy floating around.
Go to the Station as a Deku, then fly up and rescue the stray fairy. There
is another stray fairy in distress in the laundry pool. Jump towards it to
get it. You can use this Mask in any of the temples. It will shimmer when
there is a fairy in that room.
Kafei's
Mask: Speak to the woman in the Mayor's House in East Clock Town. It is
used in a couple of the notebook quests.
Kamaro's
Mask: If you are by the north part of Termina Field at midnight, you
will hear some eerie music coming from one of the frozen trees. Do a rolling
jump off the edge and talk to Kamaro. Play the Song Of Healing and he will
give you Kamaro's Mask (and a notebook seal). Kamaro's Mask allows you to do
a weird dance. Put it on, go to the Rosa Sisters, and they will reward you
with a heart piece.
Keaton
Mask: Go to Kafei's house in the afternoon of the third day, after you
take the pendant to Anju. Wear this mask and slash at the bushes that move
(like the ones in North Clock Town) to make Keaton appear. Answer his quiz
questions correctly to get a heart piece.
Lens
Of Truth: To save magic power when using the Lens Of Truth, rapidly and
repeatedly press the C-Button it is set to. No magic power will be
used while you look around.
Mask
Of Scents: Follow the Deku through the tunnel (use the Bunny Hood to keep
up) that is to the left of the Deku Palace. The mask can detect scents such
as from mushrooms.
Mask
Of Truth: Complete the first Spider Dungeon. This mask allows you to speak
to the strange stones around the world.
To get the Mask Of Truth, go to
the southern swamp. Once there, go straight towards the boat. Take out your
bow after getting on the boat. Shoot the octopus-like creature, then
transform into the Zora. Walk in the direction the Octopus-like creature
appeared. There should be a boulder in the way -- go to the left. You will
be hurt slightly from the poisonous water. On the left of the boulder is a
ledge. Climb it, burn the web, and go through the doorway to find the Mask.
Postman's
Hat: This hat can be used to open mail boxes in Clock Town. You get
his mask by going through the Kafei notebook entry until you get the letter
to Aroma. Give it to the postman, and then talk to him about it.
Romani's
Mask: Complete both Romani's and Cremia's notebook entries. This mask
gives you access to the Milk Bar in Clock Town.
Stone
Mask: You must have Epona to pass the gate to go to Ikana's Graveyard.
Once you pass the two gates with Epona, you will see a circle of stones to
the right. Use the Lens of Truth to see a lost soldier in the circle. Bring
the soldier a red potion and he will give you the mask. Some enemies will
not notice Link while wearing this mask.
Zora
Mask: Bring the Zora to the beach. He will walk for awhile and faint.
Talk to him and he will tell you to save a princess' eggs and that he is
about to die. Play the Song Of Heal and an intermission will appear. He will
disappear and leave behind the Zora Mask pick it up.
Boomerangs
with Zora Mask: Once you get the Zora mask, you will have a magic attack that
sends two fins flying at your target. They happen to be boomerang-shaped and
return to you. If you aim them at objects such as Skulltula Tokens, Coins,
etc., they will return them to you, just like the traditional boomerang in
the other games in the Zelda series. The downfall is that it uses
magic to use that attack. However, unlike the boomerangs in the other games,
these actually do damage to opponents instead of just stunning them. You can
use this technique to get all the Skulltula Tokens from the Swamp Spider
House before getting the Hookshot.
Use
Blast Mask without damaging heart meter: If you use the Blast Mask, you lose pieces of heart as a side
effect. If you want to use the mask without taking damage to your heart
meter, go to where you need to explode the mask and hold R (shield).
When your shield is up, press B to explode and the mask will detonate
and not hurt you.
Wear
Fierce Deity mask in Inka Canyon: Warp to Day 3, then go to Honey And Darling shop. Put on the
Bunny Hood, walk out of the shop, and play the Song Of Soaring to Inka
Canyon still wearing the hood. Go to Sakon's hideout and slow down time. On
the right side of the boulder is a tiny crack. Keep trying to roll at it and
you will get in. Talk to kafie and do the thing to get the Sun's Mask (while
still wearing the Bunny Hood). When you are controlling Kafie, pause game
play and go to the Fierce Deity Mask. Equip it over the Bunny Hood then
resume the game. Open the door on Link's side. When you control Link again,
he will automatically put on the Fierce Deity Mask.
Mario
Mask on backback: Look at the Happy Mask Shop's Owner's backpack to find Mario
among the masks that are there.
Elvis
Mask on backpack: On the left side of the Happy Mask man's pack, is a mask that
looks remarkably like Elvis.
Change
masks faster: Simply press which ever C button your mask is on a lot. Instead
of the sequence where Link puts on the mask he will have the mask on faster.
Kafei's
Mask, the Keaton Mask, the Couple's Mask and the Postman's Hat or a bottle:
During Day 1, visit Madame
Aroma in the Mayor's Residence after 10:00 a.m. as Link and she will give
you Kafei's Mask. Talk to Anju in the Stock Pot Inn after the postman
delivers her a letter and wear Kafei's Mask. She will tell you to meet her
in the kitchen at 11:30 that night. She will tell you about how her fiancée
has vanished. She has no idea why he has run out, and is desperate to find
the reason. She will give you a letter. You must deposit it before the
postman makes his rounds the next day.
During Day 2, you do not need
to watch the postman deliver the letter from Anju. However, if you are
curious, go to the Laundry Pool from roughly 3:30 and 3:40 p.m. As soon as
the youth who receives the letter enters the back entrance to the
Curiosity Shop, it will be open. Talk to the child when he reaches the top
of the stairs to find out that he is Kafei and was turned this way by
Skull Kid. He gives you the Pendant of Memories and you must give it to
Anju immediately.
During Day 3, visit the
Curiosity Shop through the back entrance (Laundry Pool) between 1:00 p.m.
and 10:00 p.m. to talk to the owner. He will tell you how Kafei left and
he will give you his Keaton Mask and an Express Letter to be delivered to
his mother. Take a right before the Octorocks at the entrance to Ikana
Canyon to find Kafei hiding behind some rocks next to Sakon's Hideout.
Talk to him and wait with him until Sakon returns to his lair at about
7:00 p.m. Make Sure Sakon does not see you. The puzzles in his lair are
with Link and Kafei. With Kafei, avoid hitting Red Switches, hit Blue
Switches to Open doors for Link, and hit Yellow Switches for extra time.
With Link, defeat all enemies. If you did these quick enough, Kafei will
get the Sun's Mask. Warp back to Clock Town and visit the Stock Pot Inn.
Go to the "Employees Only" room at the top of the stairs. You
will see Anju sitting on her bed. Wait until Kafei enters and you will
receive the Couple's Mask. To receive another bottle filled with Chateau
Romani, deliver the Express Letter from Kafei to Madame Aroma in the Milk
Bar after 6:00 p.m. To receive the Postman's Hat, go to the Post Office
after 6:00 p.m. and show the postman the Express Letter. After he gets
dressed he will deliver the letter. Talk to him after he delivers it to
receive the Postman's Hat.
Note: If you get the
Postman's Hat, you can still get the bottle from Madame Aroma by traveling
back in time to Day 1. Do the whole thing again until you get the express
mail to Mama and give it to Madame Aroma to get the bottle full of Chateau
Romani.

Land Title Deed to the Deku Scrub next to the Tourist Information Booth.
He will give you a Swamp Title Deed. Fly on top of the Tourist Information
Booth's roof to get a piece of heart. As a Deku Scrub, give the Swamp
Title Deed to the Deku Scrub living in Goron Village. He will give you a
Mountain Title Deed. Use this flower to fly to the overlooking ledge for
another piece of heart. As Darmani (the Goron), give the Mountain Title
Deed to the Deku Scrub in LuLu's dressing room in Zora Hall. He will give
you an Ocean Title Deed. Use this flower to fly to the open clam shell
nearby. As Mikau (Zora), give the Ocean Title Deed to the Deku Scrub
living near Sakon's (the thief) Hideout in Ikana Canyon. Fly across the

A, C-Down, C-Right, A, C-Left, C-Left,
C-Right, C-Down, C-Down, C-Right, C-Left,

receive a piece of heart. You can also do this in other locations with the
same type of weed that jumps.
Collect fish in your bottles.
The amount of fish varies depending on which fish eats the fish. Drop them
in the fish tank with the other fishes (not the one that you put the eggs
into) inside the Marine Research lab in Great Coast Bay.
After defeating the Boss in
the Great Bay Temple, you will find a series of small islands to the north
of Great Bay and a man on one of them. Near these is a boat which you can
jump on to get there. You will need to use the Hookshot on a tree to get
there. The man will give you a challenge for 10 rupees. Win the challenge
to earn yourself a heart piece.

If you have the Captain's
Hat, speak to the Stalchildren sitting at the table in the Oceanside
Spider House. They will give you hints about which order you should shoot
the colored masks on the wall. Shoot them in the correct order and a door
will open, leading you to a piece of heart.
After you win a bottle from
the beavers above the waterfall in Great Bay by racing them, race them
again in the same three-day cycle. If you complete the race in time, they
will give you a piece of heart. You will need the hookshot in order to
grapple into the trees leading up to the top of the waterfall.
If you have the Captain's Hat
on the night of day two, speak to the Stalchildren in the Ikana Graveyard
while wearing it. They will open a grave that holds a piece of heart. It
will look as if you have reached a few dead ends, but the Lens Of Truth
will reveal many enemies and secret passages.
Go under the waterfall in
Great Bay. Under the place where the beavers live is a deep pool with a
Like-Like at its bottom. Shoot the Like-Like with an arrow from land
several times. When it passes on, it will leave a piece of heart for you.
After you defeat Goht, the
Boss of Snowhead Temple, springtime will flourish in Goron Village. In the
pond near the Mountain Smithy, a frog will appear. You must find the other
frogs in order to obtain their piece of heart. One is near the tree next
to the Laundry Pool in Clock Town. Another rests on a log in the Southern
Swamp. The other two are in temples. One appears after you beat the Gekko
that teamed up with the Snapper in Woodfal Temple, and the other appears
after you have defeated the Gekko that rides the Mad Jelly in Great Bay
Temple. Speak to them while wearing Don Gero's Mask, and they will go to
the pond where the first one was after you brought springtime back to the
Goron Village. They will "sing" together and give you a piece of
heart.
Get a perfect score of fifty
Octoroks in the Town Shooting Gallery game in Clock Town to receive a
piece of heart. If you do it again after that, you will get a Huge Rupee
worth 200 rupees.
If you have the Postman's
Hat, check one of Clock Town's mailboxes. The first one you open will
contain a piece of heart.
If you are having trouble
getting the heart piece from the Postman by counting exactly ten seconds,
before you talk to him wear the Bunny Hood. The clock will no longer
disappear from the screen.
Wear the Mask of Truth at the
Doggy Racetrack in Romani Ranch while picking up a dog. You will be able
to read their thoughts and pick out the top placers. Pick the dog that you
think is the most enthusiastic and determined. It is best to pick the dogs
whose thoughts begin with "Ruff!" If you win at least 150
rupees, the owner will also give you a piece of heart.
There is a very tall, old
tree on the path leading to the Southern Swamp. Kill all of the Keese,
then scale the tree by climbing up the vines traveling up the side. At the
top of the tree is a piece of heart.
Get the Light Arrow and 16 of
life and more. Enter Ikana Canyon, go in the river and swim until you get
into the cave. Enter the door there and in the other room there is another
door with a sun above it. Shoot the sun with the light arrow and enter the
other room. A strange man will talk to you. There are four passages. Go in
each of them and defeat all the monsters inside. At the end of each of the
battle with the monster is a chest with 100 rupees inside . When you
defeat them all, the strange man will talk to you and give you one piece
of heart.
Get the Hookshot and the
Captain's Mask. Enter the house near the fisherman's hut in Great Bay. You
do not have to kill all the skulltulas to get the heart piece. After the
stairs, there is a fence. Pass over it with the Hookshot and open the door
. In the next room are stairs that go down. Go in the first door. There
are four mask you must shoot in order: blue, green, yellow, blue, and
yellow. If it is not that, just put the Captain's Mask on and talk to the
skeletons. Follow the passage that leads to the piece of heart.
After you get the Kamaro's
Mask, go to see the Rosa sisters at night in West Clock Town. Go in front
of them and show them Kamaro's dance. Once this is done they will reward
you with a heart piece.
In Termina Field, there is a
rock in front of the fence that you need to jump in order to enter Great
Bay. Blow it up to reveal a hole underneath. The heart piece is at the
bottom of a pool within the hole. Note: You will need the Zora Mask.
There are holes in Termina
Field that have four Gossip Stones in a row. One of the four is larger
than the other. If you read each of the stones, they will tell you that
the larger of the four changes when the "drums of sleep", the
"guitar of waves", or the "pipes of awakening" are
played. In the proper form (Goron, Deku or Zora), play the song you
learned in that form. For example, play the Goron Lullaby as a Goron. This
will result in the larger stone changing color (blue for Zora, green for
Deku, and red for Goron). There are four locations in Termina Field where
a different stone in the line is larger than the rest. All four stones
must be the same color in order for you to obtain a heart piece. All the
holes are out in the open and are not hidden.
There is a Grotto with
Dodongos. If you defeat both, you get a piece of heart and the Dodongos
will not return unless you play the Song of Time. When you defeat one, you
will get 50 rupees. Go in the Grotto and only defeat one. Then, leave the
Grotto. Jump back into the Grotto and the Dodonongo will be back and you
can get the rupee again. Do this as many times as desired.
You can use your Keaton Mask
to get a piece of Heart. Put on your Keaton Mask and go to one of the
circles of bushes that twitch and dance when you slash at them. There are
only three sets of bushes like these in the entire game. The easiest one
to find is in North Clock Town. Stand close to the center bush. Power up
your sword by holding B, then release it and slash all the bushes
before they disappear. When you do this successfully, the ghost of Keaton
the fox will appear and ask a random selection of questions about the
game. Answer correctly (there are five or questions, all multiple choice),
and you will earn a piece of Heart.
When you go to the bottom of
the empty well in Ikana's mountain, the mummies asks for a blue potion. Go
to the swamp and get the potion from the witch. Go back to the mountain
and return to the well. Give the mummy the potion but without your mask.
They tell you thank you for not being afraid and give yo a piece of a
heart. They will drink the potion, go into the ground, and rest in peace.
Items
Bomb
Bags: You can buy the Bomb Bag at the Bomb Shop for 50 rupees. It holds
20 Bombs and 20 Bombchus. The Big Bomb Bag can also be bought at the Bomb
Shop for 90 rupees on the same three days when you stop Sakon from running
off with the old lady's bag. It holds 30 Bombs and 30 Bombchus. The Biggest
Bomb bag can be bought from the business Scrub in Goron Village for 100
rupees and your Big Bomb Bag. It holds 40 Bombs and 40 Bombchus. Note: You
cannot hold Bombs or Bombchus without Bomb Bags.
Bombers
Notebook: After you have successfully completed the first three days of the
game, you do not have to redo the hide and seek game with the bombers. All
you have to do is go to East Clock Town, where the secret
hideout/observatory is located. Give the boy the password that you received
when you were still Deku Link. Get the Silver Rupee, The Moons Tear or do
any other task. When you are ready to leave the secret hideout/observatory,
simply take of your mask and exit as Link. Jim will approach to talk to you
and give you the Bombers Notebook.
Bunny
Hood: First, get the Bremen Mask. Then, go to the chicken farm in
Romani Ranch and wear the Bremen Mask. March around the baby chickens while
holding B. When you get all of them, they will turn into chickens.
"Speak" will appear on the action icon. While continuing to hold B,
talk to the man sitting under the tree to get the Bunny Hood.
Giant's
Wallet: Go to the house in Great Bay Coast next to the Fisherman's shop
and clear the house of Skulltallas on Day 1. Return to the entrance and talk
to the man to claim your prize.
If you complete the Oceanside
Spider House on the first day and do not have the Adult's Wallet, you will
get the Adult's Wallet instead of the Giant's Wallet. Likewise, if you
deposit 200 rupees in the Clock Town Bank after doing this, the teller gives
you the Giant's Wallet instead of the Adult's Wallet.
Gilded
Sword: Destroy Goht the mechanical bull in the Snowhead Temple. Once you
have defeated him the mountain will have gone to spring time. From there,
visit the Goron that is in a cave behind Goron Village as Darmi. He will
challenge you to carry a Powder Keg. Carry this lethal explosive out of
Goron Village. In the area with the wolves, you should notice a group of
rocks blocking something off to the right and some slopes that resemble
those in the cave with the Powder Keg Goron. Carry the Powder Keg to the
rocks and destroy them. This will open up the Goron Races. Before you enter
the races, return to the powder keg Goron. He will say something to the
point of you being adequate to carry the powder keg and you one of them.
From there, you need to enter the races and win. When you win you receive
one of the six bottles, and it contains Gold Dust. Take it and go to the
smithy. Enter and buy a Razor Sword. It takes a night to make. Once you
place the order, go outside and play the Song of Double Time -- C-Left(2),
A(2), C-Down(2). If you accept, enter the shop and receive
your new Razor sword. Leave, then enter again. Talk to the man that speaks
English and he will mention Gold Dust. When it comes down to showing him the
bottle, do it. He will use the Gold Dust to make the Gilded Sword. This
takes one full 24 hour day. Play the Double Song of Time twice, then walk in
and receive your newly forged Guilded Sword. Note: You must do this when you
know you are not going to have the moon close to Termina. You do not want it
to crash when the sword is being made. Give yourself some time and try to
beat Goht in one day. Also, you need the Goron mask, but you should already
have it.
To upgrade your baby Kokiri
Sword, go to the Smithy's House in Mountain Village and melt the ice with
Fire arrows. Give the sword to him. The next day, pick up your sword and it
will be re-forged into a Razor Sword. But if you have defeated Goht, play
the Goron Racing Game at the place with several bridges. Win first place to
obtain the Gold Dust. If you have your Razor Sword, not the Kokiri, give the
Razor to the man along with the Gold Dust. The next day, pick it up and it
will be the unbreakable Gilded Sword.
Gold
Dust: Defeat Goht, then go to the Big Goron in Goron Village. Pass his
test and you will have the Goron Races unlocked. If you stay to the right of
the racetrack, and hit pots only when you need to, you should win. Your
prize will be Gold Dust. This can be used to get the Gilded Sword. After
that you can sell it at the Curiosity Shop for 200 rupees or at the Mountain
Smithy Shop for 40 rupees.
Great
Fairy's sword: Complete the Stone Tower Temple and rescue all of the stray
fairies. Return them to the Great Fairy's Fountain in Ikana Canyon and you
will be awarded the Great Fairy's sword. You must assign this sword to C-Up,
C-Left or C-Right to use It. if you press B, you will
use your other sword.
Ice
Arrows: Defeat Wart, the mini-Boss in the Great Bay Temple, to receive
the Ice Arrows. If you shoot them far enough into the water, it will all
turn to ice.
Quivers: Your first quiver will come with the Hero's Bow. It holds 30
arrows. You can win the Large Quiver by getting over 2120 points at the
Swamp Shooting Gallery, or by getting 40 to 49 points at the Town Shooting
Gallery. It holds 40 arrows. The Largest Quiver can be won at the Shooting
Gallery that you did not get the Large Quiver from. It holds 50 arrows.
Note: If you miss one target at the Swamp Shooting Gallery you will get a
free retry.
Redeads: To make Redeads, shoot a fire arrow at a Gidbo and he will turn
to flames. Then, five seconds later he will became a Redead.
Free
red potion: Go to the Woods of Mystery in Southern Swamp. Follow the monkey
to the witch (Koume). Talk to her, then leave. Go to the Magic Hag's Potion
Shop talk to Kotake. She will give you a red potion. Do not take it to Koume
and you can use it for yourself. If you drink it, just go back to the shop
and she will give you another potion. Note: This is helpful when getting the
Stone Mask.
Free
Milk: Whenever you encounter a cow, play Epona's Song and have an Empty
Bottle ready to get some milk without paying the Gorman Brothers.
Get
Fire Arrows and Ice Arrows without earning them: If you have an opponent that shoots ice at you, shoot an arrow
through the ice to make an Ice Arrow. To shoot Fire Arrows, just shoot an
arrow through fire.
Getting
lost items back: There is a bird that flies outside of Milk Road. If you manage to
defeat it, you get a huge rupee worth 200. However, the bird also knocks
items out of your inventory, such as your sword or bottles. If this happens
you can play the Song Of Time and the item return to your menu.
Go to the Curiosity Shop at
night and you can buy back items that bird has stolen from you. A bottle
that is stolen must be bought back for 20 rupees. Other prices vary
depending per item.
Takkuri, the bird by the
entrance to Milk Road, will take items from your inventory. If you get the
Stone Mask from the invisible soldier on the road to Ikana Cemetary, you can
attack Takkuri without him attacking back. Put on the Stone Mask and use
your bow. You can Z-target him as he flies overhead. It will take twelve
hits with the arrow or six hits with the fire arrow.
Easy
items: You can easily restock arrows, bombs, etc. after warping back to
the first day by changing to Goron Link and rolling at top speed around
Termina Field. Go through the patches of grass, which instantly smashes the
grass and collects the goods within.
Cheaper
Powder Kegs: You can buy a Powder Keg from the Biggoron in Goron Village for
100 Rupees, but they are much cheaper if you buy them from the Goron inside
the Bomb Shop. He will sell one to you for only 50 rupees if you talk to him
as Goron Link.
Locations and Actions
Carnival
performer's room: Mushroom: Use the Mask of Scents in the Carnival Performers' room. Look at
the boxes on one of the beds to find a mushroom growing in them.
Honey
And Darling's Game Shop: Hitting Honey and Darling: If you hit Honey and Darling while playing the game on the first
day, they say "Ow, that hurt."
Honey
And Darling's Game Shop: Mini-games: In the Honey And Darling's game shop there are three games for
each day. The first day's game is Bombchu Gallery. The second day's game is
Bomb Basket. The final day's game is Target Shooting.
Honey
And Darling's Game Shop: Triforce disco ball: On any day, go to Honey And Darling's shop. Look up, and their
disco ball will have a lot of Triforces on it.
Ikana
Canyon: Entering: Win the Garo mask and Epona back. Go to the canyon gate by
jumping them on your horse. Talk to the freak on the hill with the Garo
mask. She will give you a spot to use the Hookshot. Immediately take off the
mask in the canyon or you will pay, or where it when tattle says "You
may not see it, but there is a thirst for blood all around you". A Garo
will appear and fight. Use the Ice Arrows on the Octrock. Use the ice to get
to the platform. Use the Hookshot to get the rest of the way up.
Ikana
Canyon: Enter without Ice Arrows: It is difficult, but if you go very close to the edge with the
Octorocks and Hookshot the first tree, you can get to the first ledge
without Ice Arrows.
Stand on the very edge of the
river in Ikana Canyon. Move toward the closest tree, which is across the
river. Stand as close to the tree as you can and use your Hookshot. If you
were close enough, the Hookshot should attach to the tree and pull yourself
up. When you get to the top, slash the Stone Owl to warp there any time
desired.
Milk
Bar: Enter without Romani's Mask: On the third day, the Milk Bar is unlocked, allowing you to get
the Postman's Hat easier.
Moon:
Invisible wall: On the moon, turn into Goron Link and roll past the tree. You
will hit an invisible wall, and the items in the background will resemble
Clock Town.
Observatory:
Code: The code for the observatory to get the Moon Tears varies from
game to game. It is determined by the order you find the five bomber kids.
Each of them have a number on their back. The code is their numbers in the
order that you found them.
To find out what the code is,
you must first pop the balloon with a bubble, arrow, or Zora Link's
boomerang (preferably the bubble). Then, talk to the small kid who was
trying to pop it. Tell him you want to try his test, and if you can locate
and catch all five kids before the next morning you will receive the code.
To catch a kid, run up to him. When he starts to run away, stand still.
After running a short distance, he will stop running. When he stops, shoot
him with a Deku Bubble Attack. The kid should be caught. Note: The kid
carrying the Cucco must be shot once before he starts running, then again
after he stops.
Observatory:
Hidden holes: When you look through the telescope at the observatory, look
around and to see at least two men in green waving their arms. Go to their
locations to find hidden holes.
When you look in the telescope
aim near the Stone Tower. On one of the pillars is a dancing man like one of
the men in Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time, when you release them
from the Skulltala spell. There is another one near Southern Swamp in the
grass next to the tree stump.
Observatory:
Dolphin reference: Go through the underground tunnel to the observatory. Once you
get to the room at the foot of the stairs, destroy all the clay pots. Look
on the ground near the pots and you will see pieces of paper. One of the
pieces has a dolphin on it, which refers to Nintendo's code name for the
Nintendo 64.
Observatory:
Dancing Skull Kid: While looking through the telescope on the first day, zoom in on
top of the Clock Tower. You will see the Skull Kid. He will do a little
taunt, then jump into the sky. On the final day, go back to the Observatory
and look at the top of the Clock Tower again. He will be there again, and
will do a different dance this time.
Oceanside
Spider House: Skulltulas: If you can still hear the Skulltulas, then there still are some
in that room. Roll into pots with holes on the top to knock out the
Skulltula in it. You may have to roll more than once. In the room where you
have to shoot the colored skulls on the wall, there will be three Skulltulas
on the chandelier. Use a "Goron pound" on the table to knock them
down.
Pinnacle
Rock: Entrance: If you have retrieved the four eggs at Gerudo Fortress, you may
now go to Pinnacle Rock. Go to the spear shaped rocks -- they mark the
entrance to Pinnacle Rock. As Zora Link, dive down to the bottom of the
lake. Go to the first directional sign, then use Z targeting to line
yourself up with it. Bypass the second sign to find a another sign behind
it. Follow that sign, then when you reach the sign beyond do not follow it.
Instead, turn to the right to find a sign in the distance. Follow that sign
to anther sign. Follow that sign to the entrance.
Pinnacle
Rock: Get through easier: Take a picture of a Gerudo and take it to the fisherman. He will
give you a seahorse in return. Release the seahorse in Pinnacle Rock.
Getting through is easier than dodging Gerudos wearing the Stone Mask. He
shows you the way, and as long as you are following him, you can go off
course and still get there.
Pirate's
Boat: Boarding: You can get onto a pirate's boat in the Pirate's Fortress by
wearing the Stone Mask and swimming to a boat. This helps to get your
pictograph, to get the sea horse, to get the Zora Eggs you need.
At the Pirates Fortress where
there are four boats with guards in them going around in a constant circle,.
Wear the Zora Mask, dive into the water, and start to ''Zora Swim''. As you
are swimming, press Analog-stick Down and leap out of the water when
you are close to a boat . If done correctly, you will be on the boat. Note:
Do not aim your jump to the front of the boat, or the guard will see you.
If you have got good timing,
you can actually jump on the back of their boats from the ledge. As soon as
you get up there, turn left and hug the wall. Then, jump just before a
Gerudo boat gets there. This is difficult, but possible.
Post
Office: Slow time: Go into the post office after the mail man is done delivering the
mail. Enter and he will be sitting down. If you talk to him, he will have
you try to count to ten without a clock. If you are wearing the Bunny Hood.
the clock stays there the entire time and it moves slower, giving you time
to hit the mark of ten seconds.
Romani
Ranch: Real constellations: Go outside of Romani Ranch and look up at the stars. You will see
a red star. Near the red star/planet is the constellation, Orion's Belt.
Look up in the sky at night and
locate the dark blue star. if you look near that star, you will find the
Dipper. You can see the constellations better if your in an open area like
Romani Ranch, but you can see them in just about any other place in the game
if it is at night and you can see the sky.
Romani
Ranch: Snipe the aliens: Behind MaMa's House at Romani Ranch is a ladder. Climb up the
ladder and snipe the Aliens that appear at 2:30 a.m. on the first night.
Romani
Ranch: Fastest dog: Use this trick to get the fastest dog at the race track without
the Mask Of Truth. Wear the Deku Mask and run around the field where the
dogs are located. Take it off and look to see which dog is the closest. Take
that one.
Romani
Ranch: Free milk: At night on any day, go to the barn. Play Epona's Song to get
free milk. Note: it will not be Chateou Romani.
Shooting
Gallery: Zelda pictures: Go inside the Shooting Gallery in East Clock Town. Once inside,
look to your left to see two scenes from The Legend Of Zelda on the
Game Boy. The first is a picture of the Kohilant Island and the second
picture is that of the Wind Fish.
Stock
Pot Inn: Ring bell: Go to the bell that hangs over the Stock Pot Inn. To get there,
either enter the inn and go through the door on your immediate left, or turn
into Deku Link and climb into the flower needed to catch the Great Fairy
fragment at night, then fly over. Once at the bell, put on the Goron mask
and begin attacking the bell with the Triple Punch Combo (repeatedly press B).
A single strike will cause the bell to chime. However, when attacking with
the combo the bell with hit Goron Link in the face, knocking him back in a
rather comical fashion. No life energy is lost.
Stock
Pot Inn: Enter after 8:30: Go to East Clock Town as Deku Scrub Link. Near the entrance to
Stock Pot Inn is a flower. Get on the flower as Deku Link and fly to the
left, onto the room with the bell. Enter that door near the bell to get in
Stock Pot Inn after hours.
Stock
Pot Inn: Helping the hand: Make a stop at the Stock Pot Inn at midnight any day. When the
hand reaches out of the toilet, give him a letter or a Title Deed.
Stock
Pot Inn: Grandmother's chair: Go to the grandmother's room and look at her chair. It has battle
chariot wheels and a picture of a tiger on the back of the seat.
Stock
Pot Inn: Moving cow's head: Roll at the bookshelf at the sign in desk and you can see the
cow's head move.
Stone
Tower Temple: Flip upside down: Get all the blocks moved and make sure you have Light Arrows and
magic. Hit the red gem with Light Arrows.
Training
Center: Hidden pots: In Clock Town, go into the Sword Training Center. Use the Zora
Mask to become Zora Link. Then, go up to the instructor. Shoot the fins
through the instructor towards the scroll-like paper on the wall. You should
hear pots breaking. Shoot again. This time, five rupees should come back to
you. There are two or three pots -- keep shooting until you cannot hear
anymore of them smashing.
Training
Center: Hidden room: On the night of the final day, once the timer starts for when the
moon falls, go to the Training Center in Clock Town. The door is not locked
anymore. Once inside, go to the very back of the building and cut the sign
with the Japanese writing. Inside is a room with pots in it, and the
training man hiding in the corner.
Woods:
Path: The path through the woods differs each day. For example, on the
first day it is left , right, right, straight, left, left. On the second
day, it is right, left, straight, left, left, right.
Zora
Hall: Screaming dive: Go to the big pool in front of the rehearsal stage in Zora Hall.
Dive in, swim to the top left-hand corner, and hold Analog-stick Down.
Mikau (Zora Link) should jump straight up. If done correctly, you should
hear Link yell as if he had just jumped off a very high ledge, and he should
go straight down and land straight on his head. This will cost one heart
maximum.
Moon's
face on blocks: The blocks in the room after all the Hide And Seek dungeons on
the moon have the moon's face on them.
Skip
Moon Tear step: Go to the Bomber's hide-out and enter the code to get in. Once
inside, go to the Observatory and look through the telescope at the Skull
Kid sitting aloft the Clock Tower. He looks at the moon and the Moon Tear
falls from the sky. You get the Moon Tear to trade to the Deku in Clock Town
for a Property Deed saying you can use his launcher. If you want to skip
this, on the final day go to the left of where you start off when just
beginning a new game. Run up the incline, and you will see another small
inclined ledge you can run up. Then, jump onto the platform and run up the
stairs.
Nintendo
64 controller in Clock Town: This is best done as Mikau (Zora Mask). Go into the Clock Tower
in Clock Town (where the Mask-Man is located), and go down the ramps. You
will see a creek with a water-wheel. Put on the Zora Mask and jump in. Press
B to dive so you can walk. Walk under water upstream. After you make
your way past the waterwheel, you will start to see something white in the
water. Walk to where you have a good view to see that it is shaped like a
blurred Nintendo 64 controller. If you look closely, you will see the
C-Buttons and the D-pad. Note: This will not take any time off your three
days, because time does not pass in the Clock Tower. Also, the "ghost
controller" is non-interactive.
Winning
lottery numbers in West Clock Town: The winning lottery numbers are as follows. The tickets cost 10
rupees, and the winning ticket gives you 50 rupees.
First Day: 207
Second Day: 299
Final Day:751
In The Legend Of Zelda:
Collector's Edition, the winning lottery numbers in the Lottery Shop in
West Clock Town are:
First Day: 136
Second Day: 237
Final Day: 737
Enter
Bomber's clubhouse without code: Use the following trick to get in the Bomber's clubhouse without
the code or being an adult. Move a fair distance from the member guarding
the passage and turn 180 degrees. Hold Z and do a back flip over the
guard.
Stunning
Bombers: If you play hide and seek with the Bombers, you can stun them
with arrows and catch them easily.
Empty
bottle locations: There are a total of six bottles in the game.
In the Southern Swamp, go to
the Tourist information hut and check he ticket booth -- Koume is missing.
Go to the Magic Hag's Potion shop and speak to Kotake, find Koume in the
Woods of Mystery, then return to Kotake to get a red bottle of potion.
Take the potion to Koume in the Woods. You now have bottle number 1.
Clear Snow Head, then go to
the Goron Racetrack near the rope bridges. Win first place to get a bottle
of gold dust. Also, if you upgrade your sword at the blacksmith in
Mountain Village from Kokiri to Razor, you can take it to him and have him
upgrade your sword into the Gilded Sword. You will now have bottle number
2.
Race against the Beaver
Brothers in the Great Bay Coast. Use the hookshot on the palm trees to get
to the entrance at the top of the waterfall. You will now have bottle
number 3.
Win the alien abduction game
at 2:30 a.m. on the first night. Enter Milk Road using a powder keg. You
will have bottle number 4.
On the third night, wear the
Captain's Hat in Ikana Graveyard and open a tomb. The gravedigger is
inside. Lead him to all the sand pits to dig a hole. Walk extremely slow
or he will wander off. Defeat the Poe for a bottle. You will now have
bottle number 5.
During the Kafei event, if
you give the express mail to Lady Aroma in the Milk Bar, she will give you
a bottle of Chateau Romani.
Growing
plants without Spring Water: When you plant a Magic Bean play the Song of Storms and the plant
will grow.
Faster
Dampe: Dampe the gravekeeper exits his house at about 7:00 a.m. He
always seems like he is going in slow motion. To speed him up a little bit,
wear the Captains Hat and talk to him. You will not be able to keep up with
him even if you are wearing the Bunny Hood.
Scare
Dampe: When you fight Big Poe under one of the graves in the graveyard,
you will scare Dampe away. Exit at the other end of the room of where you
came in to enter Dampe's house. He is hiding under his bed, and you can talk
to him. He is noticeably scared.
Revive
dead Gibdo: Kill a Gibdo while wearing the Gibdo mask so they cannot paralyze
you. When it is dead, play the Song Of Healing two or three times on the
Gibdo and then it will stand up again. Note: This is helpful if you
accidentally kill one Gibdo that is in the well for the mirror shield.
Burning
Gibdos' wraps: When you encounter any Gibdo, Tatl will classify it as a Gibdo.
Throw a Fire Arrow at any Gibdo and after awhile, its wraps will fall out
and it will become a reDead. When you Z-target it, Tatl will classify it as
a ReDead. In the well, even after it becomes a ReDead, it will talk to you
as a Gibdo.
Rainbow
Redead: Shoot a redead with a Light Arrow and it will explode in rainbow
colors.
Dancing
Redead: Make sure you have the Gidbo's Mask. Go to Ikana Castle, Temple,
or Ikana Canyon. When around a redead, it will be slouched down and make a
groaning noise. However, when wearing the Gidbo Mask around one, it will be
dancing. You can touch one, and it will not hurt you because it is too busy
dancing.
Unlimited
magic: If you already have the Romani's Mask, go to the Milk Bar on any
day between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Buy the Chateau Milk (200 rupees) and
use up your magic until it is empty. Drink the Chateau Milk. Your magic bar
will turn blue and you will have unlimited magic until you go back to the
first day with the Song Of Time.
The only time you can get the
Chateau Milk is at 6 p.m. on day 1 or 2 at the Milk Bar in East Clock Town.
This Milk will make your Magic Power unlimited for a three day period. If
you have a large number of rupees saved in the bank and the Giant's Wallet,
you should buy this on the day 1.
Swimming
dog: Get the dog in South Clock Town to follow you into the small pool
of water by the Deku Flower when you are a Deku Scrub. He will swim like a
dog.
Jumping
dog: In South Clock Town, put on the Bremen Mask, and get the dog to
follow you up the ramp that is near the door that leads to East Clock Town.
Go up the ramp that leads to the clock doors. Walk off the edge. You will
hang on, but the dog will jump off. He will not get hurt.
Dog
reactions: While dogs usually act indifferently to Link, they react strongly
to each of his other forms. For example, go to the Puppy Racing Ranch (from
the Romani Ranch). Become Goron Link and watch as a whole pack will growl,
back away, then flee whimpering. As Zora Link, you can call the entire group
of dogs by simply walking within their general vicinity. And in the classic
chicken fashion from the previous game, approach them as Deku Link and watch
as the pack attacks. This costs no life energy.
Scarecrows: The scarecrow and his song is one of the most difficult puzzles
to solve. You will have to use his services, as in the first game, although
this time it is not for Skulltulas. If you cannot remember the song, you can
talk to him and reset in on a different day.
Jump
farther: Use the following trick when on a lillypad or a place where you
need to hop to another place as Deku Link. Before you start hopping on the
water, do the spinning attack so you can go at a faster speed. The extra
speed will allow you to reach a bit farther then before.
Use the following trick when
playing as Link or Zora Link. To jump farther, roll on the ground just
before you jump.
Faster
jumps along water: While you are Deku Link, spin immediately before you want to go
in the water.
Walk
and travel faster: Link can use the Bunny Hood to walk faster and jump further,
however as a Goron you can roll about twice as fast as that. As a Goron you
can also power-up in your spin and become invincible. Note: Magic power is
used when invincible.
Easy
mapping: Find Tingle the mapmaker whenever you are in a new section of the
other world. Watch for his red ballon, then shoot him down with an arrow,
Deku Nut, etc. Pay his some rupees and he will fill in a section of the
world map for your.
Finding
puzzles through the Fairy: Watch your Fairy. She will turn green whenever you are near a
puzzle. If you get stuck, walk around a room and see where she goes.
Fairies
in Zora Bay: Note: You must have five or six bottles to do this trick. Go to
the Zora Bay. Go to the Owl statue and break the jars open beside it. Go
into the Zora hall, then go back out to the Owl statue. Break the jars
again. Use your bottles to catch the pink fairies. Repeat this as many times
as desired.
Fly
longer as Deku Link: When you burrow into a Deku Flower, face the opposite way of your
target, then keep flying backwards towards it.
Goron
splat: Get the Goron's Mask, then do a Goron roll. During the roll
quickly release A then hold R. If done correctly you will be
flat on the ground.
Goron
races: Complete the second temple, then go to the new area that is open
in Goron Village. You will find a large Goron there. Talk to him as a Goron
until you have to take a test to use powder kegs. Take the test and run as
fast as your fat Goron legs can take you. When you get to the hill, throw
the powder keg up and roll up. Repeat until you reach a large rock. Drop the
powder keg there and run. Go in and enter the race by talking to the baby
Goron. You have the best chance of winning the race by staying as far right
as possible until the last part. When the countdown is almost over, press Roll.
Only hit green jars when you need the power, and the double magic bar would
be a good idea. Never go up ramps as they will slow you down. The first time
you win, you get Gold Dust in a new bottle. Every time after that it is just
Gold Dust. You can use the Gold Dust to make the Gilded Sword.
Use
the same owl save more than once: First, get to a point where you can save at an owl statue. Once
you have saved the game, make sure another empty file is available on the
menu. Copy the saved file to the empty file. Both of the files should be the
same. Start one of the files and play. Now, if you quit the file you are
playing without saving, then you will not have to start over at the last
time you went back to the first day because you have a backup file which you
can duplicate on the other file as many times as needed.
Use
the magic Zora Shield out of water: While in any open area, press Z to look straight ahead.
While holding Z, defend with R and press B at the same
time to use the Magic Zora Shield out of water. Note: This trick still
consumes magic.
Take a
picture of yourself: When the camera is looking at Link's face, use the pictograph box
and snap quickly. Note: This trick will work in locations such as the boat
cruise. It may be possible to use it elsewhere.
Boat
ride for a picture: If you have no money for the boat ride, take a picture of the
mountain. Bive it to the man behind the desk and ask for a free ride.
Protecting
the milk: Wear the Circus Leader's Mask while protecting Cremia's Milk
Shipment -- the Garo Brother's will not attack.
Slow
down mechanical belt: When doing the "Kafei's Event," you will have to go
through a series of puzzles at the end to get the Couple's Mask. Since
slowing down time slows time by one third, the moving belt still does not
slow down enough. If you reach a room where you see a yellow switch, step on
it. It will slow down the belt. If you stepped on the red switches, the belt
will speed up, causing you to lose the Sun's Mask to go to the next step in
the Kafei's Event.
Easier
Treasure Chest game: Once you pay the girl to play, quickly switch to the Deku Scrub,
since he moves the fastest. When you get the treasure, you still get the
treasure you paid for in whatever form you were originally in.
Cheaper
Treasure Chest game: If you go to the Treasure Chest Shop with the Deku Mask on, it
will cost only 10 rupees instead of 20 to play.
If you play the Treasure Chest
game as Mikau (Zora Link), the girl will be attracted to you and offer you a
low rate of only 5 rupees.
Continued
music: Put on either the Bremen mask or the Kamaro Mask, press B
to start the march/dance, then pause game play. The music that plays while
using the mask continues after you pause.
Ballad
of the Wind Fish song from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening: The song that your four personas play in the Milk Bar is the
"Ballad of the Wind Fish" song from The Legend of Zelda: Link's
Awakening.
Dungeon
music from Zelda 1: Go to the Zora City as a Zora. Enter Japa's room and listen to
the song he is playing.
End
game music from Zelda 1: Go to the Zora Hall and go into Enan's room. The song he is
practicing on the piano is the ending music from the original Legend Of
Zelda from the NES.
Cave
music from Zelda: A Link To The Past: Go to Zora Cape and enter the drum player's room as a Zora, where
you read Mikau's diary. He will be playing the cave theme from Zelda: A
Link To The Past.
People
from Zelda: Ocarina Of Time: The following people in the game also appear in Zelda: Ocarina
Of Time with different names.
Anju: Cucco Lady
Romani: Malon
Cremia: Adult Malon
Gorman Bros.: Ingo
Milk Bar Owner: Talon
Old lady in Stock Pot Inn: Potion Lady
Komea: Boss of Spirit Temple
Kotake: Boss of Spirit Temple
Pirates: Gerudos
Trading Post man: Fishing man (young Link)
Curiosity shop man: Fishing man (adult Link)
Guru-Guru: Windmill man:
Happy Mask man: Owner of the Happy Mask shop
Postman: Running man with Bunny Hood
Zora-like freak from The Bomb Shop: Sitting out in front of the tree in
Kakariko Villiage at night (young Link)
Clairvoyant Ghost In Ikana Canyon fighting room: Sell Big Poes for bottles
in Hyrule Town Market (adult Link)
Big Goron: Powder Keg Instructor
LuLu: Adult Zora Princess
Clock Town Builders: Kakariko Builders (young Link)
Cursed Skultula in Great Bay Skultula House: Mother Skultula in Kakariko
Villiage
Fastest
runner: Goron is the fastest runner when doing the rolling move. Epona
and the Bunny Hood mask are about the same. The slowest runners are Zora
Link, Link, or the Bremen Mask's March. Use Goron Link when doing something
like the Kafei's Event for going to places quickly.
Kill
Sakon the thief: At midnight on the first day, the old lady will get robbed by the
thief. When he is running with the bomb bags, shoot him with an arrow. The
bombs in the bomb bags should go off, killing Sakon.
Enter
Sakon's hide out: There is a crack on the right on the rock near Sakon's hide out.
Keep rolling in front of it with the Bunny Hood or Goron Mask to eventually
get in.
Fall
in river outside laundry pool: Become Fierce Deity Link (enter hide out change by Kafi), then go
to Clock Town. Do not talk to anyone or go in any doors or the game will
freeze. Enter the laundry pool. On the downward slope, turn left and you can
jump up on the wall. Try to walk on it without falling, then jump into the
river outside the walls. Note: If you land in the darker blue areas, you
will not be able to move.
Hint:
Alternate Clock Town destruction sequence: This trick requires that you to complete the Woodfall Temple so
that you learn the Oath To Order. You must not have completed all of the
temples, or this will not work. After completing Woodfall and learning Oath
To Order, go to the Clock Tower where Skull Kid is located. Play the Oath To
Order and the intermission sequence for the Four Giants will begin like
normal. Since you did not rescue them all, whatever number of them you
rescued will appear during it. For example, complete Woodfall and Snowhead
and only two giants will appear. They will go up to the moon and hold it,
but they are not strong enough. After it is done, Tatl will say "The
Moon's not stopping! It's hopeless!" Wait one minute then the
destruction will begin. The Moon will come down and the giants will fall
because of the great force. Then Clock Town will be destroyed like normal.
Hint:
Great Bay song: Press C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, Analog-stick
Right (wavy sound), C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, Analog-stick
Right, C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Up, C-Left,
C-Down, C-Right, Analog-stick Right(3). The last two
notes should go deeper as the note goes.
Battles
Defeating
the Ikana Knights: In order to do this, you first have to get the Berman Mask. Then,
go to Ikana Kingdom. Wear it where you find and fight the two knights. Play
music and they will dance and march. Quickly change the mask to the sword
and slash them. Note: This does not work against the Ikana King.
Defeating
Garos at the Stone Tower: Turn into Giant Link and slash his head or tail . If you run out
of magic, shoot arrows at him . To get magic back, stand by a post. They
will come up and hit the posts, giving you magic or arrows.
To defeat the rock hard Boss in
the Stone Tower Temple, simply put on the Bunny Hood and set the Hookshot to
a C-button. Z-target it and put up your shield. After it does its
charging attack, hit it with the Hookshot to stun it. Rush up to it and hit
it with the Gilded or Great Fairy's Sword for the best results.
Defeating
Goht the Mechanical Bull: If you launch off a ramp and land on his back, he will fall down.
Then, just turn to his side to do extreme damage as he cannot move. Repeat
this until he is defeated.
When you walk into the Boss
chamber, stand next to the door. You will see Goht frozen in ice. Do not
move. Shoot a fire arrow at him. He will un-freeze and start a rampage. He
will go around in a big circle. Just stand next to the door, and when he
passes, shoot a fire arrow at him. Repeat this until he is defeated. He may
change direction, so be careful. If you run out of arrows, turn to your
right and break the clay jar to get more. Clay jars will turn up again. If
you run out of magic, run out to where Goht is running and break the two
green jars. They will also turn up again. Run back to the door and resume
your attack.
When you enter the Boss room at
Snowhead Temple, use your Fire Arrows to melt the ice around Goht. When the
short intermission sequence is over, run to the door you came from. Stay
there until Goht passes and shoot a Fire Arrow at him. Repeat until he is
dead. Note: If you are out of arrows, there should be a jar with arrows in
them next to you. If you run out of magic, wait until Goht passes and get
magic out of the green jar.
Defeating
Gyorg: The final Boss of the Water Temple is the hardest of the four.
There two ways that you can win this battle, on land or under the platform.
To fight on land, arm yourself with the Zora Mask and the regular arrows.
Hit Gyorg with an arrow/boomerang, slip on the mask, and use Zora Link's
barrier attack (hold B + Z). The first arrow/boomerang should
stun him and the barrier attack should cause damage. To fight him from the
water, you have to be a master of swimming as a dolphin. First, hit him with
Zora Link's boomerang attack, then use the barrier attack. When you land a
hit, stop and start to swim out of the water so you can land on the
platform. This is to avoid getting eaten. His eating attack takes away 2 to
3 hearts. It would be a good idea to collect 15 fairies and get the defense
upgrade. If you can land 5 to 6 hits he will be defeated. Once you hear him
growl, go under immediately without fear. If you do not attack him, he will
give you enough time to get up. Be sure to capture 2 to 3 fairies before you
enter his chambers.
The Great Bay Temple Boss is
Gyorg. It will swim around the center platform that you are on. It will bump
or leap over the platform. Avoid it at all costs. The only time you have a
free shot is when it is a couple yards away from your platform. Use Zora's
(Mikau) boomerang fins to hit him. After you hit, he falls to the bottom of
the pool. Quickly dive in the water as Mikau and use your Zora Shield (R
+ Z) and hit Gyorg. After hitting him three or four times, he will
start spiting fish out of his mouth. These fish are small, but dangerous. If
you fail to hit Gyorg, he will return from unconsciousness and eat you,
taking two hearts away. After defeating Gyorg, collect his mask and the
heart container.
Defeating
Ikana King: Occasionally, he will take his head off and it will fly around
the room with his body, still attacking you. His head will bite you, causing
three hearts worth of damage. To avoid this, when he takes his head off,
roll around the room. He will not be able to bite or hit you with his sword.
Stand in the light from the
windows, shoot arrows at him, and use your shield to hit him with the light.
Note: You may want to bring a few fairies.
Defeating
Iron Knuckle: In order to not get hit by the Iron Knuckle and hit it at the
same time, stay very close to him. Every time he swings his axe, it will not
hurt you.
Defeating
Majora's Mask kid: Collect all 23 masks in the game, with the exception of the
Fierce Deity's Mask, of course. Complete all 4 temples, then go to the clock
in Clock Town. Go up into the clock to the Skull Kid after playing the Oath
To Order. Go to each of the three kids running around with the four Temple
Bosses masks. Talk to them and take their hide-and-seek challenge/ Each one
asks you for a different number of masks. Give each one all the masks he
desires. After you have completed the four hide-and-seek matches, go to the
kid sitting down wearing Majora's Mask. At this point, you should only have
the three transformation masks, Talk to him and tell him you will play with
him. When he sees you do not have to many masks, he plays you in a
"good-guy", "bad-guy" match and gives you the Fierce
Deity's mask. Put the mask on, Z-target Majora's Mask, and just swing your
sword. Blue disks are shot from your sword. Do this for all three of his
forms to complete the game.
Defeating
Odolwa: To defeat the first Boss, Odolwa, run around the room and pick up
and throw the bombs. You will get very little damage. The bugs will go after
the flame on the bomb and will blow themselves up. You also have a good
chance of hitting Odolwa who will die faster. The bombs are the same bomb
plants that where in the Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.
Put on the Bomb Mask. Walk up
to Odolwa and put your shield up. Activate the Bomb Mask to attack him. Do
this three times to destroy him. You will not lose health by putting up your
shield.
Defeating
Snapper Turtles: As Deku Link "dive" into a flower. When the Snapper
comes over you, fly out.
Defeating
Takkuri, the bottle-stealing bird: You can kill Takkuri, the bird flying around near Milk Road, with
six Light Arrows. However, it takes the same amount of hits with Fire or Ice
Arrows, and those take less magic.
To be safe when killing
Takkuri, get on Epona and shoot arrows. This takes about nine arrows. You
can just sit there and he cannot attack you. If you are collecting money,
kill Takkuri, then go into Milk Road. On the left are some bushes. Cutting
these will give you arrows, magic, and a fairy. Go back out and repeat.
Defeating
Twin Mold Boss of Stone Tower Temple: Wear the Giants Mask. It uses magic power -- only wear it when
you are close enough to attack it with your sword. Enter battle prepared
with Chateau Romani, a drink you can buy at the milk bar in East Clock Town.
This will give you unlimited magic until you travel back in time. Twin
Mold's weak spots are his head and tail.
Defeating
The Wart: To defeat The Wart in Great Bay Temple, use the Hook Shot to get
the bubbles out. It works better than using your sword or arrows. Get them
all down then hit his eye two or three times. He will start to roll. Stand
in a corner and shoot him with a Fire Arrow. He will disappear and a chest
behind with the ice arrows. You can now go to Ikana Canyon or defeat Gyorg.
Defeating
Wizrobe: When he rolls, turn in to Goron Link and power up your spike
roll. Keep hitting him -- if he falls down, keep ramming his back. He will
eventually die.
Defeating
Wolfos: When the Wolfos appear from the ground, get behind them and hit
in the back with the Gilded Sword to kill them.
Quick
boomerang: When firing Zora Link's boomerang, press B as soon as it
returns for another shot.
Avoid
Bomb Mask damage: Hold up your shield before you detonate the Bomb Mask. You will
not get hurt, thus giving you unlimited bomb power without health loss.
Rupees
Unlimited
rupees:
The following are required
for this trick: a Bomb Bag, Bomb, Code for Observatory (you can use the
front door but the back door is better), the Ocarina Of Time, and the Song
Of Time. As normal Link buy the Bomb Bag at the Bomb shop (50 coins?),
then buy a Bomb or get them free by cutting weeds. Go to the kid that is
blocking the observatory and give him the code (you should need to have
the code to become normal Link). When you get to the water, go left
instead of right to find a wall that can be bombed. Bomb it and go inside
to find a chest with 100 silver rupees. Go to the bank (the man on the
wall opposite the shops in the west part of Clock Town). Deposit the coins
and play the Ocarina Of Time. The bank teller has marked you to remember
what he owes you, so your cash stays intact in the bank. However, the
contents of the chest will reset. This is true of all coin chests in the
game, so you can use this trick at any time.
On any day, go to the
northeast corner of Clock Town. Turn and walk south to the edge of the
ledge, being careful not to fall off. Turn around and give yourself some
speed,. Run toward the edge and press A before the edge and Link
will roll. You will land on the next ledge. From there, jump across on the
decorations of the building going south until you are above the shooting
gallery. Turn right and follow the roof until you get to the treasure
chest. The chest contains 100 silver rupees. Remember to go to the banker
and deposit your money to save it. Play your Ocarina to start at day one
and repeat.
Enter Termina Field from
South Clock Town and head towards the Milk Road. There will be a bird that
attacks you and steals your items. Use the Deku Mask, target the bird, and
shoot bubbles at him in the air. When he attacks, spin attack it. The bird
will die after a few hits, and you will get a large orange rupee worth
200. This can be repeated as needed.
In the west side of Clock
Town is a man who saves your rupees. Get as many rupees as needed and
deposit them. Play the Song Of Time and go to him again. He will still
have your rupees. Note: Save the rupees any time that you need them.
Get the Bunny Hood at the
Romani Ranch, then go to the post office when it is open on the first
day.The Postman will be counting to ten. He will ask you if you want to
try - answer "Yes". The game will usually show a clock that will
count to two seconds and then disappear. When you wear the Bunny Hood, the
clock will go to ten. When it reaches ten, press A. If you get it
on ten, he will give you a heart piece. Every other time after that, he
will give you a rupee worth 50 rupees. You can do this as many times as
needed on the first day.
When you get the Captain's
Hat, Gibdos Mask or Garos Mask and the Giant's Wallet, go to the Ikanas
Castle in Ikanas Canyon. Enter through the front of the cave-like entrance
while wearing either of those masks . The Re-Deads will start to dance and
will not hurt you. Run up and slash all four of them to pieces and collect
the rupees (always either fifteen or twenty). Then, exit and re-enter to
repeat the process until you fill up your wallet. Go to West Clock Town,
deposit all the rupees, and repeat it all again.
Note: This trick requires a
bottle. During any of the nights, enter West Clock Town. Go into the
Trading Post and fall into the small stream in the middle of the room. In
the small stream there is a fish. Capture the fish with a bottle and exit
the shop. Go to the Curiosity shop. You can sell the fish to the man at
the shop for 20 rupees. This can be repeated as many times as needed and
can also be done with bugs.
When you go to Termina Field,
go up to the tree where you first see the sequence of Skull Kid making
friends with Tale and her brother. Hit the picture and one rupee will fall
out. Leave, return, and hit it again. Three rupees will fall out. This may
be repeated as many times as needed.
On the way to the
observatory, after you tell the Bomber kid the "secret code",
and go down the ramp, there is water that goes in two directions. Go to
the left. You will see a cracked wall. Bomb it (or use that mask with the
skulls that explodes). Note: While using it, use your shield to prevent
damage. Open the chest, to get 100 rupees. Return to West Clock Town and
go to the bank (the man in green sitting on the counter and slapping his
hands on it.) Deposit the money. Play the Song of Time (C-Right, A,
C-Down, C-Right, A, C-Down, C-Right) to
return to the first day. Go back and bomb the wall again and get the
money, Repeat this as many times as needed. Note: You must deposit your
money in the bank to avoid losing your money after playing the Song of
Time.
When you have 1000 rupees in
the bank, withdraw 1 rupee then deposit it back. The banker will give 5
rupees each time.
Once you have the Pictograph,
go to the back of the shop and take a picture of the big Octo. Take it to
the man in the shop and he will give you 20 rupees. Repeat this as many
times as desired.
Silver
rupees:
On the way back from
obtaining the Moon Tear, while crossing the 3 stones, go right. You will
find a spider followed by a ledge. Go up and you will see a crack in the
wall. Put a bomb near the crack to find a treasure chest that contains a
silver rupee worth 100.
Go to the Inn on the second
day and talk to the lady at the desk. When she asks you if you have a
reservation, answer "yes". Take the key to the second floor,
then open the second door on the right.
When coming out the area by
the Mayor's Office, go to the right of the house with the owl in front of
it. Use the Bunny Hood, then run and jump to the next platform. Get close
to the wall and jump to the next small platform. Then, back up to the edge
of the platform. Run and jump to the next one. Go up onto the next
platform, and to the right. You should see a chest. Open it to get a
silver rupee.
After you have a camera, go
outside the swamp to where Tingle is floating. If you get a good picture
of him, you will get a heart piece the first time and a silver rupee every
time after that.
On the third day after
midnight, go to the inn. You will be able to go to the employees only
room. After getting in there, go to the chest and open it to receive a
silver rupee.
In North Clock Town, take a
picture of Tingle. Go to the Swamp Tourist information, and sell the man
the picture. First he will give you a Piece of Heart. For every time after
that, he will give you a silver rupee. Repeat this as many times as
needed.
Go to the Stock Pot Inn at
about 1:00 in the afternoon on the first day. If a person is not at the
front desk, wait for a little while. Talk to the lady at the front desk.
Tell her you have a reservation. She will give you a key. Inside the room,
you will find a treasure chest. Open it to get a silver rupee worth 100
rupees.
Enter the Bomber's Hideout.
Swim left, kill the Skulltulla, and climb on the platform. Set a bomb in
front of the cracked wall or use the Bomb Mask. Open the chest to get a
silver rupee.
Go to East Clock town. Go
where the Bomber guard is located. Walk up the steps. Run to the ledge and
jump across. This is difficult if you do not have the Bunny Hood, but
still possible. Jump to the circle part on the Honey and Darling's Place.
Jump to the next circle. Then, jump onto the ledge. Climb up the step and
go right. Jump down a step and open the chest. It should contain a silver
rupee.
Gold
rupees:
Complete the
"alien" and milk robbery mini-game after you get the Romani mask
to get a gold rupee worth 200.
Get a perfect after you get
the heart piece in Clock Towns Shooting Gallery to get a gold rupee.
If you defeat the bird that
steals your items outside Milk Road in Termina Field (takes over 10 hits
to destroy), you will get a gold rupee worth 200.
Easy
rupees:
Note: This trick requires the
Goron Mask. Near the outside of the observatory is a man swiping at
something in a tree. Do the Goron spin with spikes coming out and hit that
tree. 40 rupees will fall down with the man. Take the rupees and the man
will say "I was swiping at a bird give those back!".
While in Clock Town, wait
until 10:00 P.M. and slow down time with the Inverted Song of Time (C-Down,
A, C-Right twice). Then go to East Clock Town and enter the
Trading Center. Catch a fish in a bottle from the small stream running
through it. Take it next door to the Curiosity Shop and sell the fish. The
man will pay 20 rupees every time this is done. It can be repeated until
morning, when the shop closes.
When going towards Ikana
Canyon, instead of freezing the Octorocks, jump in the water and swim to
the left, behind the waterfall. Go through the cave entrance and you will
be at the entrance to a secret room. You must use the Light Arrow in order
to open the door. Inside you will find a spirit man who tells you the same
lingering regrets story, and four doors. Each door will let you fight a
mini-Boss, but you need a lot of hearts or you will not be allowed to
enter. You can fight three Dinolfos, Eyegore, and more. You will get 100
rupees for each successful battle.
Go to Termina Field, by the
entrance to the Mountain Village. The "valley" that needs
crossed has "music notes" that can be played. When the sequence
has been played, rupees will fall out of the portrait of Skull Kid above.
Doing will result in 3 to 30 rupees in one try. Return to Clock Town, then
go back and try again. Once you cannot get any more money, make a deposit
with the banker in East Clock Town and continue again. This also works at
the entrance to the swamp at the portrait that starts a sequence about
Skull Kid, but you will be lucky if you get three rupees in one try at
that location.
Kill the Tukkari in front of
the path to Milk Road to get 200 rupees. Repeat if needed.
For easy rupees, have Epona,
then go outside of Clock Town. Go over to the area where there are two big
lizards. Keep ramming them until they die -- you will get 50 rupees each
time you kill them. After they are dead, jump in the hole, then jump out
and repeat.
Go to Termina Field when you
have the Goron mask. This can be also be done as a child, but it is easier
to have the Goron mask. Go to the snowy part during the day and fight the
giant lizards. They give 50 rupees each time one is defeated. If you
attack it as a child, it will take twelve hits to defeat. When wearing the
Goron mask, it requires only three hits. There are two big lizards and a
little one. Defeat them, go back to town, and return to the lizards. Note:
This can only be done during the day.
Leave Clock Town from the
north gate leading to Northern Mountain. Kill the baby Dodongo and two
Dodongos to collect two 50 rupees and the one 20 rupees. Return to North
Clock Town, then go back out and repeat if needed.
Use the Mask Of Truth to look
in the minds of the dogs at the Romani Ranch Dog Race. If you hear "I
feel unstoppable," or "I'm here for my wife and kids", you
are holding a winner in your hands.
The Dodongos north of Clock
Town in Termina Field yield 50 rupees when you slay them.
Go to the Swordsman School
and hit the gong until 5 rupees appear.
Shoot the Hookshot into of
the center of the face of the clock in Clocktown, and rupees will appear.
Drop a bug into a
bean-planting location and a few red rupees will appear.
Go to the swamp and take a
picture of Tingle. Take it to the man that asks to see your picture to get
100 rupees.
Go to the cave before the
observatory. Move left, dodge the Skultula, and enter the tiny room. Place
a bomb there to get a chest with 100 rupees.
When battling the Blue
Bubbles (flaming skulls) in Termina Field at night, use Arrows Of Light
and they will turn into 50 rupees.
Get out of Clock Town from
the north part. Go down to the stairs to the snow then look left. There
should be notes for a song. Play it and you get rupees. To see the song
for rupees again, go somewhere such as Clock Town then return. You can get
another song.
Go to the photo contest place
and sell him the picture. Then, step outside and just take a picture and
repeat.
Note: This trick requires the
Postman's Hat. Every mailbox you check (not including the first one), will
contain one green rupee. You can check a mail box as many times as needed.
At Honey And Darling's
Shooting Gallery, shoot the two bull's-eyes and basket on the sign for
about seven rupees.
Kill any enemy with a light
arrow. A rupee worth 50 will appear. Try this at Termina field at night.
According to a mysterious
stone, most people buy Gold Dust for about 40 rupees, but the Curiosity
Shop will buy it for 200 rupees. Win as many Goron races as you can to get
Gold Dust. At night, show it to the Curiosity Shop man to get as much as
you can in your wallet. Note: Make sure to go back to the banker with
every one or two sales.
Go to the Swordsman's School
any time that it is open. When ever the sun on your clock passes over
either the top or bottom of the diamond, slash the gong. You will get 5
rupees.
When you are in the
Swordsman's School on the final, you will get kicked out at 11 p.m. If you
try to re-enter, the swordsman says that he is meditating and will not let
you in. Once the countdown begins, you can get back in and he will not be
there. A sign that saying that he is on vacation will appear. Ignore the
sign, and go directly behind it to the wall with the big board with
Japanese characters. Cut it in half. This will reveal a secret passage.
Enter to reach a room with four pots. Each will have a blue rupee. There
will also be something that resembles like a wicker basket. Talk to it to
learn that it is the swordsman who says that he is afraid to die.
In the graveyard at night,
shoot the lanterns that are hanging from the trees with the bow for some
rupees.
In Clocktown, toss a bomb
into the basket above Honey And Darling's Game Shop.
Get the Postman's Hat. The
first box you check should contain a Heart Piece. The rest contain green
rupees. Keep checking the same box repeatedly as needed.
Go to Ikana Canyon at night.
Shoot one of the blue bubbles with a Light Arrow. It will give you 50
rupees each time. Repeat this as many times as desired.
This trick requires a bottle
and a wallet that can hold alot of money. First, go to the Trading Post.
Catch the fish in a bottle. Then, go to the Curiosity Shop and sell the
fish. You should get a red rupee that is worth 20 rupees. You can also
sell milk at the Curoisity Shop. Even if half of the milk gone, the man
will still buy it.
Please
select the first letter of the game's title below. If the word
"The" appears at the start of a title, ignore it and search for
the second word in the title:
