In some levels, when you drive around and break items your health meter will
slowly increase.
Glitch:
Shadow Realm:
To enter the "Shadow Realm", go to the Snow Village in any mode
with any number of players) with any car. Go to the area to the left (should
be the side without the houses all around the border). You will see a brown
rock area in the center of the cliff. Drive up the area. You should do a
small jump without the controlled way when doing so. When you are about to
ht the edge of the hill, do a jump. If you are lucky, you will go past the
wall of snow and enter a black area. Behind, you can still see the trees,
and you can drive anywhere. This trick may require a few attempts. If you
drive too far into the infinite void, you may get lost and not find your way
back. If this happens, you need to restart the level. If you go to the area
with houses on the walls, you can drive behind some and level out. If you
try to drive back into the dark while falling down, you may enter a
"Data Storm", where your car will spin uncontrollably. You will
not be able to leave the "Data Storm" unless you go through the
walls. You my also enter such a situation if you play with multiple human
players in the "Shadow Realm" by hitting each other. If you go to
the area with houses on the walls, you can drive behind some and level out;
you will fall a small amount. Then, if you drive toward the lights in the
darkness or by the trees, you may get stuck and not able to move. If this
happens, keep doing wheelies by holding Down and pressing R.
One of two things will happen. You will either end up in the starting room
by spiraling out of the score box; or you will go back farther each time you
do a wheelie. Soon you will be so far in the darkness, that you will be
lost. Note: if you have any of these things happen, you can always restart
the level.
Glitch:
Snow Village: Jump over snow pack:
Find the area with the little huts that you can smash on the left and right,
with Monster Jam and Fix Up Wrench icons in them. There is also a flame
thrower in the same area. When you find that, start at the entrance to the
area and go toward the flame thrower to find a jump. Hold Up as you
climb the jump, and near the peak quickly press Analog-stick Down.
You should jump very high and hopefully make it over the snow pack. This may
require a few attempts.

Big Apple: Jump over wall:
Note: It helps if you have the lightning bolt icon for this trick. Find the
parking garage, and at the entrance go left. Then, turn unto the little area
with a slope on your right. You must jump at the same angle at the thickest
part, and also jump almost exactly at the peak. You must jump slightly
higher than the second level of the garage to make it over the wall. Note:
This may require a few attempts.
