Hint:
Meltdown: Rather than going through all four chambers, only go through the
first one. Retrieve coolant, bring it back, and put it on the ground near
Dr. Hamilton. Next, fly back into the labs three more times, repeating this
strategy. You can do the meltdown much faster this way.

Destroying helicopters: To destroy helicopters, hit them twice with Heat Blast.

Destroying tanks: To destroy tanks, do the Floor Slam on them twice.

The Comet move: Start flying by very gently pressing R. Then, start
Speeding Bullet (press R hard). Immediately before you start Speeding
Bullet, launch a Heat Blast (press Y while still flying and Y
again when you just held R harder). Do not change your route of
flight after this is done. If done correctly, Superman should look like a
red comet. This move can be used very effectively against Bosses. It does
more damage than Speeding Bullet and Stuns... However, it cannot throw your
foe away like Speeding Bullet.
