Skills:
There is a bug with saving the game that allows you to raise the skills to
the max even at the beginning. Finish any level and select skill to upgrade,
save the game and start playing. After level is loaded quit the game and
then run it again. Load what you have just saved and you should have higher
skill that you've selected and you can pick it or any other again. - Submitted
