Forgotten Riddles cheats

TIPS:

If you lose the round, you will have to start all over again with different riddles.

• You can only click on an item for the riddle that is shown. If you find an object for an item from a previous riddle, you have to go back and click on that particular riddle for it to work.

   

• If you leave one room to go to another one and come back to it later, the riddles will move positions but they will be the same. The riddles will just be condensed into consecutive numbers.

   

• You only get 5 hints per level on the Archaeologist mode (Timed mode ). There's no way to earn extra hints so use the hints wisely, save them for the last possible moment. If you find that you don't have enough time to finish a level, you can play under the relaxed mode (Apprentice mode) The relaxed mode offers you more time and 2 extra hints to help you get through a level.

   

• Some rooms may have the same background with 2 different settings. For example, the "Throne Room" will have 2 versions, one at night and one during the day. Most of the time, the difference between one version and another is that one scene has people and the other one mostly has objects. In the guide below, we make the distinction between each scene.

   

• Random clicking while searching for items will deduct 40 seconds off the total time.

   

• "I'm a greeting from hands and eroder of shores, a neighbor to spectrums seen after rain pours (a wave glyph)" Look for a picture of a wave that is next to a picture of a rainbow. This is a good example of what to look for according to what the riddle says. This riddle can be found in the Mystique room, a lot of the riddles in this particular room have to do with items being in between or next to something else. So even though you think it may not make sense, it will make sense after you see its location.

• When you are looking for hidden items, look carefully at the scene. You have to look at every little corner possible. Things can be etched on the wall, they can blend into the background or they could be a reflection in the water. You could be looking for a cat but it could be in many different forms. It could be a painting, a statue, a toy or a real cat. Keep your imagination open to any form that the item can take.

• When it comes to piecing together the missing drawings, it's a good idea to start sometimes in the middle and work your way out. This is especially true in later levels where the puzzle squares are getting smaller. Look for pieces that may contain pieces of someone's face or their body and work your way from there. Once you've completed a row or a column, the pieces will lock in place.

• When you are trying to unlock a room, read the explanation carefully. For example, "COIN- Said where there's a pot of gold, I'm located under the rainy bow" place the coin glyph in the square that contains a rainbow. You can also place the glyph where you think it might go and then press the "unlock" button on the right. If the glyph is in the correct position, a green edge will appear over every correct answer. If it's incorrect, a red edge will appear instead. You can click "unlock" and test the position of the glyphs but if you do it too often, it will deduct 30 sends off your total time.

   
  SOLUTIONS:
  We have compiled a list of some of the riddles and all of the answers to unlocking certain rooms. If you don't want to know the answers, please stop reading now. We couldn't get all the riddles but we were able to print a lot of them. The first part is the riddle followed by the answer in parenthesis, with a brief explanation for each location. The answers are written as they appear in the game, spelling and all. Even if you don't see the riddle that you are looking for here, these can help you decipher what you need to look for when looking for answers.

  ARMORY
  

• In hands of a barber who'd wield me with care, you'd leave him with shorter and stylish hair (a pair of scissors) right side, on the floor
  

• Not by hand, but by spindle and flyer instead, do I automate twisting of fiber to thread (a spinning wheel) left side, under the hanging blue flag that has a symbol of the moon
  

• A short pair of sticks well connected by chain, by ninja we're swung to inflict bruising pain (a pair of nunchucks) hanging on the left side of the wall
