Level
select: Note: Remove all memory cards from the PlayStation before
enabling this code. Press L1, R1, Triangle(2), Square,
Circle, R1, L1 at the main menu. All levels may now
be selected on the "Load Game" screen.
Hint:
Defend: You can defend yourself by pressing R1 during any level.
This will make any Red Lotus or Chaindog block. This prevents enemy
attacks. A good tactic is to stab them a bit, then press R1 to
block any attack. This does not work against Blunder Guns, Flame Throwers,
Infernal Device. Grenade Launcher, and Spells. However, you can block
magic from your enemy by using Anti-Magic Charms, but they are scarce.
Hint:
Secret weapon: If you find yourself stuck, you may have to find the secret
weapon. It could be a Venom Sword, Grenade Launcher, Flame Thrower,
Spells, or Silver Sword. All of the battles are puzzles. Be very careful
-- not all enemies are vulnerable. Run if an enemy is invincible.
Hint:
Deathtraps: Be cautious of deathtraps. If you encounter a trap during the
game, do not get caught in it. Instead, find some way of disarming the
trap. However, remember it always switches.
