Use the D-pad to play the Pong mini-game while the game is
loading. Also, if you allow the controllers to idle, the CPU will play the
game for you.

Retry in Pong mini-game:
If you play the Pong loading game long enough are losing, just let the CPU
player win until the score gets to about 10, then both your scores will be
reset to zero, allowing you to start winning again.

Avoid getting busted:
To avoid getting busted by the police, when "Busted" appears,
press R1 until the busted sign disappears.

Smoke Show:
Take any powerful car with a manual transmission and drive in reverse until
you are near the red zone. Then, drive forward. It is supposed to go
burning. Just use the handbrake and it will not stop screaming. For the
smoke show itself, brake after the hand brake. Hold both buttons until you
stop and your car will not stop spinning.
Hint:
Character motions: If you look closely, your character Dennis Black, may do some
strange things while driving. At the beginning of a race and after the light
turns green, Dennis may give you the "thumbs up". Also, in midair
after going of a jump, he may release the steering wheel or flail his arms
around. This also happens if you are in a particularly hard impact.
